Admission Procedure

Crest International School follow a transparent and student-centered admission process designed to ensure the right fit for every learner. The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Prospective parents or guardians are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office via phone, email, or in person to obtain preliminary information about the school, curriculum, and admission requirements.

Step 2: School Visit and Consultation

A visit to the school can be scheduled to explore our campus, meet faculty members, and discuss the school’s educational philosophy, facilities, and offerings. This is an opportunity for parents and students to ask questions and better understand the school environment.

Step 3: Application Submission

Parents are required to complete the official application form and submit it along with the following documents:

  • Copy of birth certificate or passport

  • Previous academic records (if applicable)

  • Passport-sized photographs

  • Any relevant medical or psychological reports (if necessary)

Step 4: Assessment and Interview

The student will undergo an age-appropriate assessment to evaluate their academic readiness and developmental milestones. A brief interview may also be conducted with the student and/or parents.

Step 5: Admission Decision

Based on the assessment results, submitted documents, and interview, the school will make an admission decision. Parents will be notified of the outcome by the Admissions Office.

Step 6: Enrollment Confirmation

Once admitted, parents are required to complete the enrollment process, which includes:

  • Payment of admission and tuition fees

  • Submission of any remaining documentation

  • Signing of the enrollment agreement
